Hi there ,in this tutorial today we will learn how to make this under sea scene and make looks as real as we can , so this is our final result:
1-Our first step is to open a new docment (1280 by 768 )or you can chose any other wallpaper dimensions then select the gradient tool and do the next gradient :
2-Now download this pic of the golden fish and open it with photoshop and press Ctrl+A (to select it) then Ctrl+C (tocopy it) and get back to our document and press Ctrl+V to paste it in there
and after that Press Ctrl+T and then transform it like this :
3-Now for this step we want to make another group of fishes so duplicate the fish layer ( Ctrl+J) then transform it (Ctrl+T) like this :
and repeat that until you get this
4-Now select all of the fish's layers except the first one and click Ctrl+E to merge them
change the opacity of the new merge layer to 50%:
go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and then :
5-Now add a new layer by going to Layer>New>Layer and name it "Bubbles" and use the brush to add these black points and make sure that the brush is 100% hardness like this :
6-Go to layer>layer Style>Blending options and then follow the next pics :

and this is what your result should be like :
7-Now we will add some sea plants so add a new layer(by going to Layer>New>Layer) call it "plants" then chose this colors
select thebrush tool (click B) and chose this brush type
now add some plants like this :
go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and then :
Now chose this colors
and add some other plants like this:
and finally for this step chose this :
and add a few other plants:
8-Now add a new layer and drag just above the background layer :
select the Lasso tool :
and select this kind of shape:
now using the brush fill the selection with this color :
go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and then :
Now change the layer's opacity to 40%:
now duplicate the previous layer (by clicking Ctrl+J ) and then press Ctrl+T to transform it like this :
Now change the new layer's opacity to 50%:
this is our result until now
9 -now select the front fish layer and press Ctrl+U ( or go to image>adjestement>Hue/Saturation )and then :
10-now go to Layer>Layer Style>Outer Glow and then :
and this is our final result :
